THE 800.15MWP PV SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC PROJECT
The site is located in Al Kharsaah Village in Al Shahaniya municipality, some 50km to the east of Doha, State of Qatar. The allocated site area is 10km2 of almost levelled desert and lying within Qatar Petroleum concession area of Dukhan.
The land is almost flat with some gently sloped hilly areas. The proposed development is to construct a solar power plant capable to generate electricity in possibly different stages.
